Digital Marketing Executive

Working a market-leading premium clothing brand who sells over 180 SKUs, in 40+ countries globally. This brand is an Aussie success story who are scaling both domestically and internationally, they have maintain yoy growth since inception and have a massive following and loyal customer base, they are now looking for a new acquisition-focused Digital Marketing Executive to join their scaling team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing, implementing & optimising our paid media strategy across different markets.
- Using data driven insights to help meet key KPIs
- Design & run test experiments across Paid channels
- Help develop & prepare regular reporting of results in dashboards.
- Briefing the design team to ensure all creative assets produced are delivered on time and designed with best practices in mind.
- Weekly/Monthly performance reporting to key stakeholders in the business.
**About You**:
- A minimum of 2-3 years hands on experience managing paid media activity. Google & Meta is a must and other channels such as Bing, Pinterest, TikTok & YouTube is favourable.
- Ideally has managed 6 figure+ paid media budgets
- A strong understanding of Google Analytics. GA4 knowledge is favourable.
- Ideally has strong eCommerce experience.
- Experience in managing & optimising product feeds.
- Experience in setting up tagging environments.(Google Tag Manager & Meta Pixels).
- Experience in using Google Data Studio - Building reports & data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with forecasting
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution models & performance measurement
