We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals looking to step into the Aged Care Industry.

**The Roles**
- ** Kitchen Hands**:

- ** Cleaners**

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting the kitchen staff with meal preparation and service.
- Cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Assisting with laundry services for residents.

**About You**

We are seeking individuals who are not only caring and empathetic but also passionate about making a positive impact in their communities. Previous experience in a similar and fast-paced work environment is essential.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Previous Experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills that facilitate positive working relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve department objectives.
- Capability to handle physical demands of the job.
- Professional and well-presented with outstanding interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and competency.

**Desirable**:

- Certificate in basic food / hygiene practices
- Experience in working with the elderly.
- Experience in Industrial Cleaning
