As a Residential Care Service Employee you will be responsible for the delivery of care and services to Residents in all areas of activities of daily living in accordance with the Residents identified needs and preferences. You will provide support which considers the Residents physical, spiritual, social and cultural needs and which enables Residents to maintain their own wellbeing and independence for as long as possible.

**Essential Skills**
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Current CPR knowledge
- Computer literacy
- First Aid Certificate
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a member of a team
- Demonstrate an empathic and caring approach
- Commitment to embrace, model and work within the core values of McLean Care Ltd.
- Ability to work flexible hours

**Knowledge**
- Demonstrated understanding of Work Health and Safety
- Demonstrated understanding of infection control principles

**Desirable**
- Demonstrated experience with the elderly
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Completion of CHCCS303A - Provide physical assistance with medication
- Completion of CHCCS304A - Assist with self medication
- Hepatitis B vaccination
