Beaver Brands is an operating division of Bunzl Safety & Lifting - a wholly owned subsidiary of Bunzl Australasia Holdings Pty Ltd.

We are a national manufacturing, import and wholesale business specialising in the provision of reputable, quality and innovative branded products within the areas of safety footwear, workwear and personal protective equipment, as well as materials handling, lifting, load restraint and height safety.

We are seeking an energetic, experienced National Sales Manager to lead our national team and grow the reseller customer base of Beaver Brands. Due to the nature of the role, there will be a reasonable amount of travel involved to coach and mentor the regional sales team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the growth of the existing customer base as well as seeking new profitable business opportunities nationally.

**OUR IDEAL PERSON**

In order to thrive in this role, you will have previous experience within a National Sales Manager role. You will demonstrate a strong history of profitable sales growth, strong people and communication skills, and of being able to build strong relationships with Internal and external stakeholders. Exposure to wholesale industrial consumables, workwear, PPE, materials handling and height safety markets would be beneficial.

You will be results driven, and responsible for the performance of the National Sales team, as well as reporting market intelligence, customer requirements and activity to management. You will also manage and grow the existing customer base, while developing our client base through active canvassing of new business.

The successful applicant will have:

- A strong history of exceeding sales and margin growth targets
- Excellent people management, staff retention, time management, organisational and sales skills
- History of new customer acquisition and account management success
- Consistent Sales growth with medium to large wholesale customers
- High level of customer service focus
- Willing to learn - hungry for growth
- Positive and enthusiastic approach
