**Job Type**: Permanent Full-Time

**Hours**: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Mon-Fri) with flexibility needed

**Your Role**
- ** Team management**: Oversee our internal and 3PL warehouse operations team to meet customer requirements and achieve internal and external KPIs, ensuring training, development, and adherence to operational standards
- ** Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Service Logistics** warehouse operations to enhance service performance, operational efficiency, and cost control
- ** Safety above all culture**:Ensure compliance with supply chain regulations and WHS legislation, fostering a safe work environment
- ** Cross-functional collaboration**with Customers and Sales Departments to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients

**What We Need**
- ** Full work rights in Australia**:

- Ability to pass criminal history check
- ** People management skills** with experience in managing larger teams and effective communication
- ** 3PL warehouse operations management experience**:

- Proficiency in operational technology and tools
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
