UGL's Manufacturing & Maintenance business are looking for Fabrication/Boilermakers to join the Locomotive New Build team based at our site in Broadmeadow, Newcastle NSW.
These roles will be offered on a full time permanent basis and under our UGLs Newcastle Operations Enterprise Agreement. You will be required to work a day shift roster, Monday - Friday from 5.30am - 2.30pm, 9-day fortnight with every second Friday off

**About your role**

Reporting to the
_Service Delivery Manager, _this role will see you working on new build fabrication and assembly of locomotive frames, structures and pipe weld arrangements as well as general fabrication and workshop duties as required.

**About you**
- Australian recognised trade certificate and hold a Certificate of Proficiency - Metal Trades
- Ability to Interpret Engineering drawings
- Dogging/Rigging tickets preferred
- Experience with GTAW to Ultrasonic quality
- TIG Welding exposure
- MPI Level 2 preferred & UT Level 2 preferred
- Ability to work to a fast paced production schedule
- Good communication skills and ability to work in team environment
