**Traineeship - Early Childhood Education and Care**

Do you have a passion for working with children? Are you empathetic with a strong desire to teach children and help them grow and develop? Then this may be the role for you.

Hessel Group Training Organisation currently have a part-time traineeship opportunity in the childcare sector. You could become a qualified childcare educator within 12 months

**Why a Traineeship?**

A traineeship is a great way to achieve a nationally recognised qualification and kickstart a fulfilling career, all whilst getting paid from day one.

You will receive great support throughout your studies and the guidance of a dedicated field officer throughout your entire traineeship journey.

**General duties you will learn and perform throughout your Traineeship include**:

- How to support children in achieving their developmental outcomes as individuals and in a group situation.
- Focus on the knowledge and skills needed to plan activities in a learn through play environment.
- Learn how to design and implement an approved learning framework as set by current regulatory bodies to support children’s wellbeing, learning and development.

**What will you need to succeed?**

No experience in the childcare sector is needed. You will require a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a respected industry.

You will also require:

- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination x 2 and Booster
