**EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE TRAINEESHIP POSITIONS AVAILABLE**

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic people to join our state of the art Service located in Sydney's South West at Edmondson Park NSW 2174. Our purpose built, high quality education and care Service is operating at full occupancy and we currently require 2 full time trainees.

About you;
- First and foremost you must have a passion for early childhood education and care
- You must be committed to study and be dedicated to learn through experience whilst maintaining a strong work ethic
- You must be available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm
- You must be able to take direction from Management and your Room Leader and be an effective team member who brings value to our team/service

- Our Service/building is less than 5 years old
- Our management team supports and values career growth and progression
- Uniform is provided/Programming time each week/Paid staff meetings with dinner included
- Potential for ongoing employment on completion of traineeship (if available)

To be considered you must have;
- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- A recently completed NSW Police Check (within 3 months)
- The ability to commit to an 18 month traineeship
- A genuine interest and commitment to working with children and their families
- Strong written and clearly spoken communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- An enthusiastic work ethic

You must have no prior qualifications higher than a Certificate II in Early Childhood Education and Care or any other industry to be considered for this position.

**Salary**: $40,580.80 max per year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $40,580.80 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
