**About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to join our team for weekend shifts and a few evenings during the week. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside Darren Burton (they/them), recently recognised as one of Australia’s Top 8 Bartenders for 2025, and develop your skills in a creative, high-energy environment.

You’ll have the chance to:

- Serve drinks at the bar and directly to guests at the bar top during dinner service
- Learn and contribute to our innovative cocktail program
- Work closely with a supportive and professional team
- Showcase your personality and passion for hospitality

**Requirements**:

- Previous bartending experience in a busy, quality-focused venue
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- RSA certificate
- Availability on weekends and select weeknights
