An exciting opportunity is available for an EH&S Coordinator to join our high performing team in NSW, delivering stage 2 of our Newmarket masterplan project in Randwick.

The Newmarket development is over 5 hectares in size and will be an unprecedented offering in Randwick, providing 642 residential dwellings and approximately 2,300sqm of commercial/retail accommodation.

The masterplan comprises 17 residential apartment buildings ranging from 3 to 8-storeys and is being developed in three stages.

The Role

In this role, it will be your responsibility to provide specialist EHS knowledge to support the Construction Management team(s) and Site Manager in driving superior environment and health and safety performance onsite.

You will achieve this by identifying issues and trends, monitoring compliance with Lendlease EHS protocols and implementing safety initiatives to improve our safety performance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating within a large building (preferably) or civil construction environment in a similar EHS role and hold all necessary certifications and qualifications
- People and performance management of subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour to ensure Health & Safety standards are held to the highest degree
- Ensuring the project follows the company EHS plan as well as monitoring the implementation of environmental and sustainable requirements
- Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
