**Role - Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator**

**Location - Sydney**

**About the Role**

We are currently looking for an EHS Coordinators to take the **next step** in building their career. If you are enthusiastic, self-motivated and ready to learn, we want you to join the team.

As the EHS Coordinator you will work collaboratively with HR Team to implement of the Australian Environment, Health and Safety Management System while also assisting with other EHS activities and training as required.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Arrange and coordinate Fire Fighting Training, First-Aid Training, Safety Committee Representatives Training and other EHS training's
- Assist in training forecast and L&D approval process
- Manage and coordinate training schedule
- Work with multiple stakeholder
- Undertake the management of Fire Drill
- fire evacuation procedure - Ergonomic arrangements - Crisis management
- Conduct Emergency Response Team (ERT) re-fresher briefing
- Conduct Fire Drill and prepare a report
- Legal Compliance - Periodic audit - Compliance to legislative requirements
- Work closely with the HR department for coordination and compliance of practices

**You will need to have**
- Tertiary qualifications in certificate 4 or Diploma in OHS/EHS
- Demonstrated experience s within similar role
- Experience related to risk and compliance management
- Effective and demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to network and negotiate with as well as influence at all levels
- Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to prepare engaging communications, documentation, and reports
- A solution focused and analytical approach to problem solving, including providing quality strategic and operational advice and customer service
- Proven capability to work positively in a team environment and autonomously where required
- Having an knowledge of NZ OHS would be a plus
