This is a sales specialist role directly responsible for driving the development of sales and market opportunities through B2B & B2C channels in the key product segment of robotic mowers maintaining the position of Husqvarna as the global market leader in this category.

**The Role**:

- Drive top line sales in accordance with sales budget objectives in robotics and battery segments
- Support and develop the Elite Automower Dealer network in conjunction with Area Sales Managers
- Collaborate with sales team to seek out robotic and battery sales, distribution and Go to Market opportunities outside the traditional dealer model
- Deliver excellence in B2B & B2C customer relationships, including Elite Automower Dealers, and in both Professional and Residential customer segments
- Drive sales conversion opportunities and awareness through product demonstrations, industry events, field days and trade shows
- Prepare and present total Automower sales solutions to both existing and potential Elite Automower Dealers
- Drive growth in the Automower range and support the Elite Automower Dealer network in both Professional and Residential customer segments through consistent and effective training strategies.
- Promote and implement the ongoing development of the EAD network, in both sales and support, to ensure a stronger brand partnership and positive business outcomes within the Robotic & Battery categories

**Your Profile**:

- A natural sales hunter and someone who finds opportunities before being obvious to others
- Sales focussed with a proven track record in delivering results and a passion for transformational technologies
- Tertiary Business qualifications and at least 4 years’ experience in a sales role
- Computer literate with a solid understanding of enhanced digital technology including connected products
- High level verbal and written communication skills, including presentation experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic “team” environment with the capacity to embrace and adapt to a fast-changing business and market landscape.
- An energetic, self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
- High level attention to detail with demonstrated initiative and a proactive attitude to problem solving
- Resilient, flexible and agile

This role offers an attractive remuneration package with performance-based incentives, company vehicle, laptop, iPhone and comprehensive product training for the successful applicant. All applicants must hold a current valid driver’s licence and be able to travel interstate, including overnight stays.
