**Regency Park** site has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
**Injury Management Coordinator** for
**12-month fixed term contract** who can provide effective and equitable claims management and rehabilitation assistance, in accordance with the Act’s and Code of Conduct for Self-Insured Employers, provide administration support to the EHS team and flexible to assist with site functions & engagement activities when needed.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Process workers compensation claims expeditiously and in accordance with the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act.
- Establish and maintain recording systems for injury and claims data.
- Arrange and coordinate rehabilitation and return to work strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to meet the needs of stakeholders in SA and to meet national reporting requirements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the injury management policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of legal and industry standards and recommend improvements where applicable.
- Provide interpretation and advice regarding legal obligations and WR&C legislation.
- Evaluate the success of claims management and recommend strategies as appropriate.
- Implement education and support strategies in both Sales and Operations
- Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety, and welfare of our people.
- Provide support for the Health and Safety program as required.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Ability to relate to and develop rapport with a diverse range of people
- Ability to analyse problems and recommend practical strategies
- Ability to represent the Company in Tribunal matters
- Extensive knowledge and thorough understanding of SA Acts and regulations in relation to workers’ compensation, rehabilitation, occupational health & safety, and employment
- Experience in Claims Management for a self-insured employer
- Injury Management certificate from WorkCover SA
- Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator Training
