**About the role**
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced NSW state-based Injury Management/RTW Advisor. You will be responsible for managing injured workers and liaising with their medical practitioners and line managers as part of the larger HR and Safety team in the logistics space.

Be part of a team of experienced claims managers, with an experienced mentor/manager supporting multi-sites across NSW.

**Your Skills and experience**:

- A min 4+ years’ experience as an IM/RTW Coordinator with a dispersed workforce
- You may have an allied health qualification and want to put it to good use, having a direct impact on an organisations injury/health & wellbeing performance
- Build relationships with injured workers, WorkCover agents, line managers and medical practitioners
- Experience identifying/ implementing IM & rehabilitation strategies to improve health, safety and well-being performance
- Develop, implement, maintain and improve frameworks, policies/systems and processes for effective injury management, workers’ compensation, fitness for work and health surveillance
- Oversee/process claims and liaise with WorkCover agents
- Statistical analysis and running reports monthly
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Remuneration will be commensurate with your experience

**Your Qualifications**:

- Approved NSW RTW Coordinator course
- Advanced WorkCover, Injury and RTW Management desired
- Demonstrated negotiation, consultation and influencing skills with management (change Agent)
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing)
- Knowledge of worker’s compensation legislation & Self-insurance requirements
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (preferred)
- Current valid drivers licence
