**What you’ll do**:
As the Agile Delivery lead you will provide the leadership of the Agile teams to ensuring projects align to Agile methodologies. This will include managing the relationships with the customer. You will also be adhering to the technology roadmaps for specific tooling and automation capabilities in conjunction with our respective architects and planning teams.
Acting as the senior escalation point for all project related matters across the Agile team and be -pro-actively maintaining key technical contact for strategic relationships with vendors.
You will support the coordinating and facilitating of daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Sprint Retrospectives for the Scrum team. Ensure transparency in communication while creating an environment of collective accountability and continuous progress. This will include promoting a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience in managing technology projects and working in authentic agile delivery environment. Certified Scrum Master would be highly regarded
- Proven success in people development and mentoring. Ability to build a culture of teamwork, collaboration, innovation, and quality
- A strong team player with technical experience with VMware, AWS, MS, Red Hat, and DevOps principles
- Excellent customer relationship building and management skills.
- Able to communicate powerfully with stakeholders at all levels, verbally and in writing, to effectively convey business, delivery and technical concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on innovative and creative solutions that result in greater value for stakeholders
- Deep understanding of agile principles, frameworks and practices, with the ability to coach others to implement these within delivery teams
- Sound understanding of technology implementation patterns and requirements, including the roles played by specialist disciplines to analyse, design, develop, test, and release solutions
