Integration Specialist
**12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT**
**CROWN RESORTS | FULL-TIME MELBOURNE, SYDNEY OR PERTH**

Reporting to the Group Manager of System Integration, the Integration Specialist is responsible for translating requirements to technical integration solutions that align with Crown’s architecture and integration ongoing business needs across the Crown Resorts Group.

This role is accountable for maintaining and delivering on IT integration frameworks with a specific focus on HRIS system integrations, strategy, development processes ensuring alignment and continuous improvement while working with multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships to deliver compliant solutions.

**Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Conducting interface analysis, data mapping, and integration platform components across the Crown Resorts Group
- Managing the development and configuration of integration workflows, APIs and connectors within Azure ensuring alignment and efficiency
- Delivery of high level and detailed solution models, development, and the implementation of solutions across the Crown Resorts Group
- Ensuring all integration solutions adhere to security and Crown Resorts regulatory and compliance standards with appropriate authentication
- Collaborating on cross team projects and providing advice to management on these projects

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience with Azure integration platform such as logic apps, function apps, Azure APIM and servicebus as well as DevOps and CI/CD process is essential
- Experience integrating HRIS data and systems using Workday, workforce management tools and/or Oracle would be highly beneficial
- A curious mindset and proven ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities and communication skills
