**Mission**

The role of the Integration Specialist would be responsible for:

- Ongoing lifecycle tasks associated with compliance IT and network platforms including:

- Managing security risks associated with compliance IT and network platforms
- Software patching
- Management of Ostrava physical and virtual environment
- Physical installation and cabling (occasional)
- Integrating Ostrava and Lawful Interception platforms with other platforms and networks

**This is a hands-on role that requires both technology skills and the ability to lead diverse teams to a successful outcome**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Implement network and IT changes according to agreed change process.
- Develop and test network and IT configuration changes to meet project requirements
- Report on performance and capacity of network and IT infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with project teams to implement required changes to meet project requirements
- Analyse network and IT problems for resolution

- RedHat High Availability
- Puppet
- Ansible

- Network / IP / Firewall / Storage knowledge
- Zabbix

**Internal Consulting**
- Elicitation of requirements, negotiate solutions and manage expectations with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to manage E2E change projects
- Excellent communication skills and team-player

**Time Management**
- Excellent time management skills to meet required timeframes
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload so as to optimise business results
