**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and driven **Client Services Manager** to oversee and enhance our service delivery. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Aged Care and NDIS services are efficient, compliant, and of the highest standard. You will lead a dedicated team, assisting the Business Manager with payroll process as required, ensuring adherence to NDIS and Aged Care regulations while fostering a culture of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee service delivery to ensure high quality, person-centred care.
- Lead and mentor staff to maintain a supportive and effective workplace.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and staff training.
- Ensure financial oversight of Client funding, including payroll, budget management, and funding allocations.
- Maintain NDIS compliance and Aged Care regulatory standards.
- Liaise with external agencies to enhance service integration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold best practices.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in team leadership and operational management within the Aged Care or Disability sectors.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance, Aged Care standards, and funding models.
- Excellent financial and budget management skills, including payroll oversight.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change in a complex work environment.
- High proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People check, NDIS Worker Screening, and National Police Check.
- Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
