**THE ROLE**
- Develop, execute, supervise and assess the hotel's safety and security practices, including fire safety, employee and asset protection.
- This role will require flexible availability, including overnight shifts in special situations

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Experience as a Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Qualifications in security operations
- NSW Security License - minimum 1 A, C, E
- RSA competency card
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous work experience with VIP security and 5 star hospitality
- Excellent presentation with a positive attitude
- Team player and capability to lead a diverse team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
