We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our expanding City Planning Group as the Team Leader Planning Administration.

This is a new role and will suit someone who is interested in leading a customer focussed administration support service to fulfil statutory planning functions.

This role will provide consistent and effective high-level support and coordination of administrative and planning support services to enable legislative obligations to be met and lead the enhancement of business system processes.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Leadership, Management, Town Planning, Architecture, Urban Design or related discipline.
- Experience in development and implementation of effective systems of work and working collaboratively to enhance business system processes and improve customer experiences.
- Demonstrated successful experience in leading and managing a team through effective leadership, coaching, motivation and achieving organisations goals and objectives.
