**The Opportunity**

You will partner with an engaged leadership team and help the business accelerate the people agenda. Key activities include a focus on both our local and international markets, day to day people and wellbeing issues including the full employment lifecycle, engaging the business on the P&C plan with an emerging list of projects that will help accelerate the culture that is aligned to our business strategy.

This opportunity is Monday to Friday with some evening calls/meetings with our international markets and based in our office in Turrella.

**About You**

You will be a seasoned people operations/human resources professional. It would be advantageous if you have worked in other markets outside Australia;
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and solid experience of a minimum of 5 years+ in a similar role (either as an HR Generalist or Business Partner),
- A self-starter, that thrives on a challenge, is creative and can work with ambiguity,
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced hands-on environment,
- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practice of human resources including strong employee relations, culture initiatives, DEI and compliance,
- Hold excellent relationship management skills,
- Be a standout team player,
- Demonstrated experience in management of complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues,
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive approach to problem solving,
- Solid computer skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office products and a working knowledge of HRIS and LMS systems,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Have a key interest in being involved within the business from our showrooms to warehouse operations and partnering with our leaders to deliver business improvement projects and
- You will contribute to shift the culture from a reactive to proactive environment.
