**The Opportunity**

As a People Operations Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our diverse workforce, driving cultural change, and creating exceptional employee experiences.

Working closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and people team as well as a wide range of teams, including global supply chain, design and manufacturing, IT, digital and customer service, you will shape the future of our global people operations. **What You will Be Doing**
- Partner with the CPO and broader team to deliver comprehensive human resources support across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Lead cultural change initiatives, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture that reflects our core values.
- Collaborate with business units across supply chain, manufacturing, design, IT, digital and customer service to align people strategies with business goals.
- Provide best practice human resource advice on policy, performance management, recruitment, employee relations and workforce planning.
- Coach and develop line managers, empowering them to lead high-performing teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies, keeping the business informed of key updates.
- Manage end-to-end casework, including performance and capability, with a focus on positive outcomes.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback and use data-driven insights to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
- Support the annual salary review process, leveraging external benchmarking and ensuring alignment with relevant modern awards.
- Drive continuous improvement in human resource processes and systems whilst utilising AI - we love efficiency

**What You will Bring**
- Solid HR experience, ideally within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- High proficiency in people systems like Employment Hero, SAP, and Job Adder.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A proactive, agile and solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to travel to our warehouse at least once a month.
