**Pinpoint Talents' partnering Federal Government client has an amazing short term opportunity for Quality Assurance Officers (APS4 & APS5) looking for their next career opportunity.**

**Our client requires the services of experienced Quality Assurance Officers to undertake work associated with Quality Assurance. Officers will be responsible for assuring the decisions and reviews made by Independent Decision Makers (IDMs), are drafted correctly, and reflect the legislation and policy of the scheme.**

**APS4 Duties**:

- Provide administrative support.
- Ability to quickly comprehend Deed and Guideline requirements.
- Accurate assessment and recording of data.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work in tight timeframes.
- Undertake tasks of moderate complexity and work effectively under general direction.
- Has accountability for completion of allocated tasks, being able to self-start, organise and review own work.

**Desired**
- Good IT skills, Word and Excel
- Amiable, flexible/adaptable, follows established processes, works well within a diverse team.
- Able to follow processes.
- Good communication skills.
- Discuss issues and find solutions.
- Ability to build rapport and share information effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Quality assures own work and the work of team member

**APS5 Duties**:
