**About the role**:
As the Partnerships Officer - Engagements, you will support the Senior Manager, Partnership and the Head of Partnerships & Engagement to maximise service access provided by RSL Queensland through external organisations. You will be responsible for the delivery of Ex Service Organisations (ESO) forums and increase awareness and understanding of RSL Queensland’s portfolio of programs and services to the Defence community.

Key duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting the Snr Manager, Partnerships and Head of Partnerships and Research, manage the engagements with external organisations, including community and health organisations, as well as ex-service organisations, to support their service inclusion in RSL Queensland’s new service format, particularly the Wellbeing Centres.
- Contribute to the onboarding (and offboarding if necessary) of designated partners to the RSL Queensland Referral Network. Partners to be onboarded will be assigned by the Senior Manager, Partnerships.
- Responsible for the delivery of all components of the contract with any designated traditional partners or referral partners, including any reporting requirements and acquittal requirements as outlined in the agreements. Partners will be designated by the Snr Manager, Partnerships
- Delivering a series of social connection activities across Queensland and inter-state if required by RSL Queensland
- Developing a collaborative network of organisations through ongoing stakeholder management.
- Responsible for assisting to shape the agenda and manage the delivery of forums coordinated by RSL Queensland for the veteran community. This includes managing feedback from forums and establishing new formats and utilising the feedback to shape future agendas
- Deliver the frameworks and MOU’s for relationships that support activities of purpose, working under the guidance of the Snr Manager Partnerships to develop this new stream and deliver the framework to the League Services team.

**About you**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an account management style role.
- Degree qualified in business or marketing-related disciplines.
- Proven ability to drive stakeholder engagement strategies and campaigns, including managing all communication with the stakeholder.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain beneficial partnerships and sponsorships.
- Ability to leverage relationships to maximise return on investments and support wider department initiatives.
- Proven ability to drive stakeholder engagement strategies and campaigns.
- Proven ability to identify organisations and relationships that will serve the objectives of the department and meet organisational objectives.
- Ability to work to deadlines and a self-driven attitude.
- Attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation.
- Queensland Open Drivers licence.
