**Team Leaders - Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) - Moorebank, Sydney**

The Catch Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Moorebank will shortly transfer to be operated by Kmart Group (Kmart and Target). In readiness for this transition, expected in mid-2025, we are growing our site team. This is an amazing opportunity to play a key leadership role that will support the centralised fulfilment of home delivery orders for two of the most loved and iconic Australian retail brands, Kmart and Target.

**Note: Employment for team members engaged at the Moorebank CFC is governed by the Catch Moorebank Fulfilment Centre Enterprise Agreement 2023**

**What you’ll be doing**

No two days are the same Your role will include:
- Ensuring site safety through inductions, safe work practices, and hazard management.- Investigating and reporting incidents, resolving hazards, and escalating when needed.- Supporting emergency response plans and building evacuations.- Driving a high performance and engaging team culture- Building strong relationships to resolve site issues efficiently.- Assisting supervisors with toolbox meetings and standard procedures.- Managing performance and career development in line with company values.- Ensuring team inductions and compliance training are completed.- Delegating tasks, tracking progress, and reporting key performance metrics.- Upholding company policies, codes of conduct, and legal requirements.- Aligning site activities with cost control strategies and warehouse processes.

**The skills you'll have**- Qualification in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field (or willingness to study).- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and Chain of Responsibility (COR).- Driver’s license (preferred) and willingness to obtain a forklift license.- Lean qualifications (desirable).- Experience managing teams to achieve safety, financial, and service KPIs.- Strong leadership, teamwork, and performance management skills.- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.- Ability to drive change, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.- Decision-making ability under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Understanding of financial metrics in supply chain and retail.- Willingness to relocate within the company (preferred).- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and process improvements.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
