**What you’ll be doing**

We are now hiring for an Inventory Replenishment Manager to join our new Fulfilment Centre based in Moorebank NSW. This is where the magic happens The Fulfilment Centre strives to provide a high level of customer service and get orders out in a timely manner to our loyal Catch customers.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll work to achieve the highest levels of inventory accuracy for the site whilst balancing inventory throughout the facility. In tandem also ensuring product slotting and consistency are achieved with the right inventory in the right location with the right quantity to serve our customers promptly with a same day despatch, a lower delivery cost, and complete order fulfilment.

You’ll ensure that you drive process correction and continuous improvement to ensure that inventory captured is accurate and available to ship, through completing cycle counts, stocktakes, and reporting, to ensure product availability and maintaining six sigma levels of accuracy. Through ensuring these control procedures are utilised and adhered to, drive various Continuous Improvement projects that deliver best in class inventory management, cost reductions, and efficiencies. You will need to be very analytical and capable of leveraging large data sets to identify key patterns of anomalous and suboptimal behaviour, identify key areas for improvement, understand root causes of issues, and develop solutions to eliminate sources of loss and drive correct behaviour.

What does a normal day in the life of an Inventory Replenishment Manager look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- You’ll manage a team of direct reports and indirect reports to develop and adhere to inventory management best in class procedures, policies, and practices.
- You’ll ensure inventory accuracy through up-to-date master data, regular reporting and cycle counting in adherence to company cycle count and stock take policies and procedures and liaising with Catch Corporate office coordinating stock on hand to meet customer demand.
- You’ll report on and develop root cause analysis of damages and inventory losses with the operations teams to eliminate and improve Cost Per Unit KPI’s.
- You’ll manage Continuous Improvement projects to always ensure availability of Inventory for Customer Orders
- You’ll ensure Inventory and Replenishment area is well maintained, and always kept clean and tidy.
- You’ll manage the safety and wellbeing of employees and contractors through observations, hazard identification and correcting behaviours.
- You’ll manage diverse input stakeholders ranging from Retail Buying Teams, Data and Analytics, Fulfilment Technology as well as output stakeholders such as Fulfilment teams, Finance, Retail, Logistics and more.

**What you’ll bring to the table?**
- You’ll have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a qualification in a relevant discipline
- Ideally you’ll have a working knowledge of Six Sigma methodology or certification
- You’ll have demonstrable and proven professional experience in inventory management planning and replenishment or a related discipline such as supply chain or logistics
- You’ll be highly analytical and have strong quantitative skills; with experience utilising data and metrics to stress test relevant theories, confirm assumptions, and assess and report against quantifiable success measures.
- You’ll have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to simplify and convey complex topics for broad audiences.
