At Daniel's Donuts when you enter our stores you cannot help but smile as you ponder the wall of colourful, mouth-watering delicacies in front of you.

The ASM role is pivotal to supporting the Store Manager and representing our brand directly to customers. You will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's This is a fantastic opportunity if you have previously been a Store Supervisor/ASM and are ready to take on the challenge in our Airport store Join us on our journey to national expansion and the wonderful opportunities that offers you for career progression and leadership growth. You will be supported by the Store Manager and other rocking operational leaders and will have loads of fun along the way

**About the Role**

More specifically you will be:

- You will assist in leading and motivating the team in a super hands-on role.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced role and be passionate about developing your leadership skills.
- You will be integral to the recruitment of our passionate donut connoisseurs.
- Administrative duties include rostering, stock control/ordering.
- Assist in overseeing store set up and close.

**What you’ll need**:
Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field.
- Barista experience, not required.
- Skilled at leading people, or willing to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Not afraid to be super hands on.
- Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.

**Job Type**: Full Time (must have availability across all store hours 4:30am-10pm)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- ASM: 2 years (preferred)
