Based in Melbourne, this driven organisation is looking to add a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Lead to their team. This Health organisation provides services the people all over Victoria.

**Your new role**

Health and Safety is your domain. Working closely with the Director of People Partnering and Engagement, you'll be responsible for developing procedures, engaging with stakeholders to deliver high quality creative and innovative services that supports the people experience. You will also have to provide coaching for Legislation changes and safety procedures to your team and the broader leadership teams across the organisation.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You'll have a passion for Health and Safety, along with:

- Qualifications in OHS
- Experience in Health Sector
- Experience with Stakeholders
- Depth knowledge in OHS
- Strong communication skills and Leadership skills
