**In this role reporting to the Manager, Health Safety and Wellbeing, you will**
- Support the effective development, governance and delivery of NAB’s HSW strategy and frameworks.
- Triage and action incoming HSW requests by providing strategic advice to colleagues and People Leaders regarding risk management needs and prevention activities.
- Support business leaders and teams to drive improvements in health, safety and wellbeing (HSW) performance and ensure they have full visibility of physical and psychosocial risks within their business.
- Partner with customer facing teams to develop and implement frameworks and supporting process as required, prioritising continuous improvement to enhance the effectiveness of delivery to our colleagues.
- Prepare and provide presentations to teams to support and drive improvements in health, safety & wellbeing.
- Complete data analysis and prepare high-quality health and safety reports for Leadership teams, highlighting key HSW risks and mitigation strategies, safety metrics and areas for improvement.
- Undertake risk assessments and reviews of enterprise HSW risks, along with activities to strengthen the implementation of NAB’s safety management system.
- Support any HSW internal audits, support external audits and Regulatory inspections as required.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to drive safety prevention activities.

**What you'll bring**:

- Tertiary qualification in health and safety.
- Strong knowledge of the Work Health Safety Act 2011 (Cth)
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Health, Safety & Wellbeing advisory role.
- Comprehensive understanding of risk management frameworks including for psychosocial risks.
- Demonstrated experience in writing and presenting reports.
- Strong execution discipline and service mindset that ensures effective and efficient delivery.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills to understand and manage business impacts/needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes.
