**About us**
The Services and Legal function is responsible for the effective operations of VCAT's tribunal services. This functional stream supports the key role of Members in deciding cases that come to VCAT, from scheduling matters to assisting parties to complete pre-hearing steps, to providing "on the day" support to Members and parties. This role works closely with Members and the VCAT Executive to ensure the optimal delivery of support services and the smooth scheduling and running of hearings.
**About the role**
You can effectively lead, develop and manage large customer focussed teams to build and maintain rapport, relationships and collaborative work processes between these sections. Extensive knowledge in customer driven processes and trends, driving cultural change, policies and new service initiatives.
Implement customer service frameworks, responding to emerging systemic issues and dispute resolutions.
**About you**
Ideally you have extensive managerial experience in a customer centric environment.
You can demonstrate you are experienced in providing effective leadership to a busy operational team, and in providing insight and complex authoritative advice on complex issues to senior managers and stakeholders.
You enjoy driving cultural change, maintaing positive staff morale and commiting to high quality customer services.
