We’re looking for a talented Urban Planner to join TBB Planning at Associate level—someone who’s ready to take the lead on high-impact, future-focused projects and contribute to shaping places to deliver lasting outcomes.

**What you’ll do**:
No two days are the same. You’ll be:

- Masterplanning new growth communities and precincts across WA
- Navigating complex approvals and unlocking development potential
- Working across statutory and strategic planning, urban design, engagement and placemaking
- Building strong relationships with clients, government agencies and co-consultants
- Being mentored—and mentoring others. At TBB, learning and leadership go hand in hand.

**What we’re looking for**:
We’d love to hear from you if you’re:

- Curious, collaborative and up for a challenge
- Degree-qualified in Urban and Regional Planning
- Experienced in statutory and/or strategic planning
- Confident managing projects and building relationships
- A strong communicator—written, verbal and visual
