We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and efficient Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our dream team In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing orders with care, ensuring everything gets shipped out on time to our amazing customers. If you’ve got an eye for detail and love seeing things run smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.

Based at our Fulfilment Centre in Miami, Queensland, this role is ideal for someone studying or looking for flexible, part-time work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and pack customer orders with care and precision (your attention to detail matters)
- Process orders using Shopify
- Arrange drop-offs at the Post Office (you’ll need a car)
- Keep our inventory on point: stock takes, organising supplies, and reordering as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised fulfilment space

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Prior experience in a fulfilment or warehouse role is preferred, but not essential
- Proficiency with computers and experience with Google Suite/GDrive/Shopify is preferred
- Ability to lift and carry boxes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong English-speaking and writing skill

**Hours and Remuneration**
- **Flexible Hours**:8-10 hours per week (We’ll work with you to create a schedule that suits us both, within the operating hours of 8 AM-3:30 PM, Mon-Fri.)
- **Pay Rate**: $30-$35 per hour
- **Location**: Miami, Queensland

**Essentials**
- As this is a part-time contractor role an ABN is required (Australian Business Number).
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a car.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Must be fluent in English
- Great time management and organisational skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
