We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Pick & Packer to join our dream team on a temporary basis to cover the leave of absence of our Fulfilment Officer.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for picking and packing orders with care, ensuring everything gets shipped out on time to our amazing customers. If you've got an eye for detail and love seeing things run smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.

Based at our Fulfilment Centre in Miami, Queensland, this role is ideal for someone studying or looking for convenient part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and pack customer orders with care and precision (your attention to detail matters)
  • Process orders using Shopify
  • Keep our inventory on point: stock takes and organising supplies
  • Maintain a very clean and organised fulfilment space

In a nutshell: You'll be the heart of our fulfilment operations, making sure every order reaches our customers perfectly (and beautifully) packed and on time.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in a fulfilment or warehouse role is preferred, but not essential
  • Shopify experience preferred, not essential
  • Proficiency with computers and experience with Google Suite/GDrive
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong English-speaking and writing skill

Hours and Remuneration

  • 9 hours per week — fixed shifts: Mon, Wed & Fri, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • $33 per hour
  • Contracted on a month-to-month basis
  • Location: Miami, Queensland

Contractor Details / Essentials:

  • Must have an ABN (Australian Business Number)
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be a positive self-starter
  • Must be able to start immediately
