APS Group is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Victorian South Eastern Mulgrave Industrial Team.

We are currently hiring Forklift Drivers, Warehouse and Manufacturing Staff to contribute to our efficient and dynamic team.

**Job Site Locations**:

- Dandenong
- Keysborough
- Braeside
- and surrounding suburbs

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently and accurately pick and pack customer orders according to client standards and guidelines.
- Operate forklifts (Reach and/or Counter Balance) and other material handling equipment (EPJ, Tuggers, Ride-ons) to safely move and store goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and follow proper manual handling procedures for all work carried out.
- Assist in other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment
- Valid forklift license and demonstrated competence in operating forklifts safely.
- Have a good work ethic and be Reliable
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving heavy objects safely.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Availability to work ongoing shifts Monday to Friday and/or adhoc shifts and weekends if required.
