**About the role**

You will thrive working in a fun yet challenging team environment. We are we seeking a Trade Sales Representative looking to join a committed and professional team. This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week.

**Trade Sales Representative** - this role will primarily be responsible for serving customers and supporting technical product queries. Other tasks include but are not limited to:

- You will be expected to support the warehouse team from time to time.
- Meeting & greeting customers as they arrive to place orders/pick orders up.
- Support customers with our product and hardware selection and inquiries
- Booking couriers to ensure deliveries meet our customers needs
- Follow up on the status of orders through communication with internal stakeholders e.g. Sales, Warehouse and Manufacturing
- Support manufacturing scheduling and inventory management as required.
- Ensure our Customers have a positive experience every time they visit our Eagle Farm site.

**Requirements**:** Skills and Experience**
- Current forklift and drivers(car) license preferred (but not essential)
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Physically fit to do manual handling at times
- Warehouse stock take experience preferred
- Experience within a similar role support with similar stakeholders
- Demonstrated understanding and/or experience with manufacturing/construction/joinery processes preferred
