**About the Role**:
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking to expand our team and invite a motivated Trades Assistant to join us at Motorline BMW. If successful, you will be joining a team of great people working with one of the world's most respected automotive brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist panel beaters with vehicle repairs and restoration.
- Prepare and clean vehicles before and after repair work.
- Remove and replace damaged parts and panels as directed.
- Assist with sanding, grinding, and prepping surfaces for painting.
- Assist with assembly and reassembly of vehicle parts.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Help with stock control, parts ordering, and managing supplies.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and in good working order.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

**To be considered for the role**:

- The ability to work as part of a team which means supporting others and contributing to team discussions and improvements.
- Strong interest in automotive repairs and bodywork.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of hand tools and workshop equipment.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- A current driver’s licence
