**The Company**
I’m currently seeking a highly motivated office all rounder for growing tiling & timber flooring company in Australia.
**Responsibilities**
- Daily customer liaison, managing orders from order entry to accounts receivable and banking
- Manage phone calls and general reception duties
- General office administration and support
- Work closely with the project team and office
- Daily work record and liaison with site team
- Stock Control + Inventory Management
- Processing vendor invoices and liaising with suppliers regarding any discrepancies
- General accounts payable/receivable processes,
- Maintaining customer and product records
- Customer, Manufacturer and Supplier liaising
- Filing and general administration
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience in office administration, customer service and/or accounts
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong oral and written communication & time management skills
- Advanced Data entry, Excel, Word and proficiency
**Personal Attributes**
- Great team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Always looks for opportunities to do things better
- A positive attitude with the flexibility to take on additional tasks when required
