Creating delivery runs and dockets

Programming flashing orders

Ordering roofing supplies/inventory

Serving customers

Answering phone calls

Printing and filing

Organizing logistics

Quoting and invoicing orders

**Successful applicants must have**:
Advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills

MYOB knowledge would be beneficial

Strong attention to detail is a **MUST**

Great organizational skills

Knowledge in the roofing industry would be preferred but not essential

**Salary**: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Geelong, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
