We are actively seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to join our growing Events & Banquets team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service during events by assisting with food and beverage setup, serving guests, and maintaining a clean and organized event space. You will work closely with the events team to meet the specific needs of each event, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
- Provide quality service to all guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures and ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of work area
- Maintain compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol

**What are we looking for**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Maintain a strong guest focus in all services
- Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry
- Available to work across a 24/7 roster
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment

**About Us**
