Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.

**What you will be doing**:

- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- To deliver vocational rehabilitation services clientele across varying schemes including Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation; Comcare; Lifetime Care and CTP.
- Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
