**Job Description**:
In this role you will:

- Provide leadership/mentorship support to your team of OT's, Physios, EP's, Psychologists & Rehab Counsellors
- Lead your team to meet individual and team targets;
- Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients;
- Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team.
- Manage your small caseload of clients, completing assessments and delivering case management services, supporting clients to return to their previous and new employment.

**Qualifications**:
You will have
- Experience in the Vocational/ Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in OT, EP, Physio, registered/Provisional Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Registration with AHRPA, ESSA or ASORC
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
- Excellent time management skills and high degree of organisational skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes;
- Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
- Current driver license and motor vehicle.
