We are seeking a passionate
**Original Employer Service (OES) consultant **to join our successful, multi-disciplinary team based in
**Geelong**. You will have the drive to succeed in your career whilst helping people obtain new employment
You will be qualified as either a:
- Rehabilitation Counsellor, Registered Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse, or Occupational Therapist (experience in mental health services highly desired)
- Relevant professional memberships **mandatory** (AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA)
**You'll also need**
- An interest or experience in occupational rehabilitation service provision;
- Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check;
- Current driver license and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement is provided);
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
**Day to day you will be**:
- Assisting injured people in returning to work;
- Delivering counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances;
- Case management across various jurisdictions including WorkSafe Victoria, Life Insurance, Comcare and private industry;
- Liaison with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients;
- Working collaboratively with your colleagues in developing strategies and best practice for case management.
