**Responsibilities**:
Examining operation & Finance procedure and carry out internal audits of the office system; Supervising office staff, ensure compliance with standard procedure, advise management on work flow process; Carrying out all related administrative accounts duties, assist management with costing and auditing activities; Doing all things within the competence to ensure that the good reputation of the company is maintained, which includes continuous education and staff development; Providing and performing such other duties within the limits of his professional competence in connection with the business carried on by the company as the company directs from time to times.
