We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our team at Miami Bakehouse with a variety of early morning or late afternoon shifts across multiple cafe locations in the Mandurah/Peel area. Shifts are generally 4-6 hours long, starting around 5:30am for the early morning shift or finishing at around 7pm for the afternoon shift. Some of the rostered shifts may include weekends and public holidays as required.

**About the Role**:

- Oversee daily operations and supervise a friendly, motivated team
- Work across a variety of locations, including our popular Mobile Cafe Van
- Enjoy a fast-paced, exciting work environment with a range of tasks
- Get rosters three weeks in advance for a great work-life balance

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a supervisor or duty manager
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A calm leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Motivated and energetic with a positive attitude
- Able to stay physically active and handle some manual tasks
- A valid driver’s license

- Gilberts - Rouse Road, Mandurah
- Falcon - Old Coast Road, Falcon
- Southbound & Northbound - West Pinjarra on the Forrest Highway
- Mobile Café Van servicing locations across the region
