**About the Role**
- $63,000 per annum
- 38 hours per week worked across 5 days
- Cafe Hours: Typically 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, 7 days per week (no late nights or split shifts)
- Location: Mandurah

As a Duty Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to:

- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily operations in a busy cafe setting
- Achieve sales goals while maintaining quality and consistency
- Manage staff training and coordination

- Has experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality or retail
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure settings

- Demonstrates excellent communication and leadership skills

**No Management Experience?**

That’s okay If you’re new to leadership but have hospitality experience and the drive to grow, we’d love to help you succeed. For those eager to grow their management expertise, we offer an optional Certificate IV in Leadership and Management Traineeship (BSB40520).

The Traineeship Includes:

- A 12-month, fully-funded program with no out-of-pocket costs
- Flexible online learning (just one hour per week from home)
- Hands-on, paid experience as you develop leadership skills
- A pathway to long-term career growth in hospitality

The traineeship is optional and tailored for those who want to formalise their leadership skills - but it’s not required to succeed in this role.
