Our client are seeking a Field Sales Administrator to provide support to their growing sales team.

This is a full-time hours on a ongoing temporary position, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage sales orders
- Prepare and analyse sales reports
- Coordinate and communicate with the sales team
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Attend sales meetings and take notes
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate to advanced level of Excel skills
- Experience in a sales or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
