**The Company**

Established over 20 years ago, our client is a highly respected commercial fit out head contractor. They have established a reputation for delivering high quality commercial, hospitality and retail fit out projects ranging from $1M - $5M+.

**The Role**

You will report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing and work closely with the preconstruction team.

The successful BD lead will be responsible for targeting new clients within the commercial sector helping the business to diversify.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain the company client database and existing relationships using their CRM system
- Actively seek business opportunities with new clients & managing existing relationships
- Attend business development meetings with senior management & the team
- Be the face of the business and increase the company’s profile

**Skills Required**:

- Degree qualified architect / construction management or marketing qualification or commercial property background
- Ability to research and generate leads and arrange meetings
- Experience working in the construction industry from marketing / events or sales background
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
