This team is comprised of genuine, progressive legal professionals who love what they do and enjoy spending time together, both at work, and after work as well (like weekly yoga and trips down-south). The office is based on the western fringes of the CBD and is close to public transport, with heaps of street parking, and of course if you’re the kind of person who likes to ride to work, there’s end of trip facilities too.

Our client is looking for a Conveyancer to become part of the Property Team on a full-time basis.

**WHAT’S INVOLVED?**

As expected in a conveyancing role, you will be responsible for preparing contracts, correspondence and settlement documents. It is expected that you will work autonomously and take ownership of the role, whilst also working within a functioning team.

You will work closely with clients, lawyers, bank representatives and office staff and be provided with excellent support. You will be an extension of the Property team and most of your files (~20 a month) are residential.

**DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?**

While beneficial, no Agent's license is required for this role, however what you will need is some solid conveyancing experience in the Australian market, working on a steady stream of files. You must be committed to providing exceptional client service and be the kind of person who encourages this same commitment from those around you. We need someone who has good time-management skills and is great at keeping the lines of communication open with clients.
