Seeking an experienced Conveyancer / Settlement Agent to join a team in Perth CBD

**Your new company**

A government organisation based in Perth CBD, are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join the team, starting as soon as possible. Initially, this role will be offered on a 3-month temporary contract, working full-time hours with some flexible work arrangements on offer.

**Your new role**

As the Conveyancer you will be responsible for:

- Working with documents associated with the acquisition and sale of property
- Reading contracts for the purchase of land and dwellings
- Preparing settlement statements
- Maintaining records of activities and transactions

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be considered, you will have experience as a Conveyancer or Settlement Agent, in addition to:

- Previous experience with mortgage or real estate transactions
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to effectively work well in a team and independently
