Meriton has designed, developed and built more than 78,000 award winning apartments and some of the tallest residential towers across the east coast of Australia. Meriton offers sales, leasing and property management services, as well as the luxury hotel accommodation brand Meriton Suites with 23 locations nationwide.
Document control is a pivotal function in a large organization such as Meriton. Our Document Control Team is growing, and they need a new addition to their established team.
As a **Junior Document Controller**, you will receive hands on training and ongoing mentoring to ensure you have the opportunity to grow in experience and knowledge.
In this role you will learn to:
- Manage documents for all current projects
- Review files on whether they meet the document standards and approving or rejecting drawings accordingly for all current projects
- Filing and distributing Documentation for all Site and External Consultants
- Upload all documents required for internal staff
- Controlling the flow of documents in and out of departments
- Provide project permissions to internal and external staff
- Setting up all Tender packages for Contract Managers
- Organising the creation of Marketing sales material for selling projects

We require a person with excellent computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and a hunger to grow in this department.
Prior Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) experience and/or Adobe creative suite experience would be an advantage.
This is a permanent, full-time position in our Head Office in Sydney CBD.
